Check in at the Retreat house:

(If you cannot make it to Wolffer, please meet us at the Retreat House at 5:30 PM)

After we check-in to the house, you’ll have some time to get settled into your room and cleaned up for our evening out!

Saturday - 7:20 p.m.

Leave for dinner

Sisi Restaurant 10 PM (optional, it’s right near the house).

Sunday - Photoshoot Day & Dinner at Sunset Beach

Sunday - 8:00 a.m.

We will have breakfast/brunch/snacks served at the house all day while we have our photoshoots!
You’ll have time to eat, relax and rest as we take turns with makeup/photoshoots.

The following is the makeup schedule:

8:00: Yoka

8:30: Terumi

9:00: Wendy

9:30: Elizabeth

Sunday - approx. 5:00 p.m.

Leave for Sunset Beach - We’ll leave the house around 5 p.m. on Sunday and head to Sunset Beach!

Sunday - 7:00 p.m.

Dinner Sunset Beach Restaurant. Sunset Beach is a European style outdoor restaurant. People wear swimwear and a wrap or are dressed for resort evenings. It’s chic, flamboyant, and dazzling people watching!

Sunday - 9:45 p.m.

Leave Sunset Beach and head back to the retreat house!


Monday - Relax by pool, check-out

Monday - 8 a.m.

Breakfast will be served and you can relax and eat by the pool!

Monday - 11:30/12 pm

It’s time to checkout and say goodbye until next time!

Additional: Important information

Food: 

  • We will have the house stocked with healthy food (organic produce ) including fruits, vegetables, salad ingredients, dried fruit & nuts, hummus, rice crackers, olives, etc.

  • Breakfast will be free range/organic eggs + omelette bar

  • Yogurts (dairy & non-dairy), fruits, organic chicken sausage

  • Snacks and lunch/light meals: Grilled vegetables, grass-fed steak, wild salmon, cous-cous/farrow.

  • *We will have two dinners out and any other snacks/cocktails that you order while we are out will be your financial responsibility. 

  • If you have any food allergies or specific requirements that we need to know about please let us know on your intake form!

The House:

  • The house has VERY strict rules about absolutely NOTHING being flushed down the toilet except for toilet paper. There will be a $300-$500 charge if damage is done due to anything (feminine products, makeup wipes, etc.) being disposed of.

What to bring:

  • In addition to your photoshoot outfits, please bring summer, flowy, chic, fun, and elegant outfits with comfortable sandals/heels + a swimsuit for the pool + your personal care items!

Outfits for Photoshoot:

  • When packing for your photoshoot (if possible) please arrive with your clothes on hangers or neatly pressed.  

  • Make sure to have the proper undergarments (bras, spanx, etc) for each of your outfits. 

  • We will have a steamer available for touch-ups but it’s important to have everything wrinkle-free and on-hangers before you sit down makeup.

Professional Makeup:

  • We have an incredible makeup artist, Jackie Riley, coming to get you glammed up for your shoot!

  • We were able to get a special rate of $199 for you which you’ll pay directly to Jackie. She accepts Cash, Apple Pay or Venmo.

  • Be sure to arrive at the makeup chair with a clean face. No makeup from the evening before. You can moisturize but please don’t use any oils.

  • If you have a specific look in mind please have a photo ready for Jackie but she is an expert in what she does and will guide you to the look that will best accentuate your unique beauty.

Transportation:

  • We will try to drive to places when possible although we may share and split Ubers/taxis. TBD

Hair:  

  • Please have your hair professionally blown/styled on Friday (or Saturday morning) before the event.

  • If it can’t last till Sunday morning, please let us know what it needs done to be refreshed. Jackie can lightly refresh hair for an additional free.

  • If your hair must be styled the day of, message Megan and she will work on arrangements.

  • Your hair looking professionally done contributes to the final result of your photoshoot.
